Spring has sprung! Gone are the days of frigid temps, snowy nights & having to heat up your car before going anywhere! (Okay, so maybe it did snow this week, but we can have high hopes it was the last one of the season!) Spirits are high and everyone is happy to be able to be outside instead of cooped up at home or in the office. Spring is an opportunity to start clean and refresh everything for the warmer months ahead. This goes for more than just one’s self and wellbeing – it also applies to the home & to the business! We have put together some ways to prepare your office or business for spring – and we hope this allows for a fresh start for this season.

Well wishes are in order, it’s our anniversary! March 17^th marks the anniversary of the creation of UGI Energy Services in 1995. We are celebrating 27 years in the Energy Marketing & Midstream business!

UGI Energy Services, LLC (UGIES) and Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. proudly accepted The American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania’s (ACEC/PA’s) annual Diamond Award for Engineering Excellence in an award ceremony held on January, 27, 2022. The Diamond Award, which was awarded for UGIES’ Bethlehem LNG Facility, recognizes engineering firms for projects that demonstrate a high degree of achievement, value and innovation.

We are proud of each of our employee teams and love the opportunity to highlight our departments. This week (February 20-26^th) is EWeek, or Engineers Week, which was founded by the NSPE (National Society of Professional Engineers) in 1951. Our Engineering team is an integral piece of the UGIES puzzle and contributes to the overall success of our company.

VALLEY FORGE, Pa., February 15, 2022 – UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) announced today that its subsidiary, AmeriGas Propane (“AmeriGas”), the nation’s largest retail propane marketer, has entered into an agreement with Global Clean Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCQX: GCEH) to purchase and distribute renewable LPG. AmeriGas will leverage its supply and logistics infrastructure and sales and marketing teams to market and distribute renewable LPG to new and existing customers primarily in the state of California.

WYOMISSING, Pa, February 10 - Pennant Midstream, LLC (“Pennant”), announced that the company has signed a series of agreements throughout 2021 with a subsidiary of Energy Developments Pty Ltd (“EDL”) headquartered in Brisbane, Australia to accept delivery of renewable natural gas (“RNG") into its natural gas gathering system. Pennant is a partnership between UGI Energy Services, LLC (“UGIES”), which is a subsidiary of UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI), Harvest Midstream I, L.P, and a subsidiary of Williams Companies.

Most people associate March 17^th with Irish heritage and all things green, but here at UGI Energy Services, we have another reason to celebrate. March 17^th marks the anniversary of the creation of UGI Energy Services in 1995. If you are counting the years in your head, that totals 26 years in the Energy Marketing & Midstream business!

When we think of Texas weather, relatively warm and temperate days come to mind, even in the winter. Last month, Northern Texas reached record-breaking cold temperatures that greatly affected residents of the state. Texans experienced freezing conditions and accumulating snowfall, and many were left without power and heat. Luckily, the temperatures are back to normal now – however, not only was North Texas affected but the rest of the nation was as well.
