VALLEY FORGE, Pa., February 15, 2022 – UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) announced today that its subsidiary, AmeriGas Propane (“AmeriGas”), the nation’s largest retail propane marketer, has entered into an agreement with Global Clean Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCQX: GCEH) to purchase and distribute renewable LPG. AmeriGas will leverage its supply and logistics infrastructure and sales and marketing teams to market and distribute renewable LPG to new and existing customers primarily in the state of California.

WYOMISSING, Pa, February 10 - Pennant Midstream, LLC (“Pennant”), announced that the company has signed a series of agreements throughout 2021 with a subsidiary of Energy Developments Pty Ltd (“EDL”) headquartered in Brisbane, Australia to accept delivery of renewable natural gas (“RNG") into its natural gas gathering system. Pennant is a partnership between UGI Energy Services, LLC (“UGIES”), which is a subsidiary of UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI), Harvest Midstream I, L.P, and a subsidiary of Williams Companies.

VALLEY FORGE, Pa., January 18, 2022 – In December 2021, UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) received a rating of AA in the MSCI environmental, social and governance (ESG) Ratings assessment. The upgrade to AA rating positions UGI among the leading companies worldwide for action across ESG matters and reflects UGI’s robust governance practices and improved GHG mitigation strategies.

And just like that, 2021 has come to a close! What a whirlwind of a year it has been, and yet we have managed to make it one to remember. Before we jump into the plans we have for the New Year, we would like to reflect on the impact we have made throughout our communities over the past year.

The holidays are a time for thanks and giving, and this year, we did just that! UGI has been busy spreading joy and merriment throughout our communities over the last several weeks. Our employees participated in a variety of charitable activities and donation drives across our footprint. We are so fortunate to collaborate with these wonderful organizations, particularly throughout the holiday season.

At UGI Energy Services, we value the work we do in the community through our incredible employees. We work closely with organizations like the United Way to determine where we can help in the places where we live and work. One program in particular is close to our hearts. On Wednesday, October 27^th, 2021 -- UGIES had the pleasure of sponsoring The Salvation Army’s 2021 Advisory Board Annual Civic Breakfast at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Reading, PA. The expectations for this event were nothing short of exemplary and even those were surpassed! With that being said, who better to provide a synopsis of the morning other than UGIES’ own Stacey Taylor who attended the event?  

October 9, 2021, Reading, PA -- UGI Energy Services, LLC (UGIES), a subsidiary of UGI Corporation, today presented the Veteran’s Coalition of Pennsylvania a work truck filled with donated items in advance of the winter season at the Coalition’s Mini Stand Down event. The truck, a Ford F-350, and donations were coordinated through UGIES’ newly formed Veteran Employment Team (VET).

WYOMISSING, PA, September 7 – Cayuga RNG Holdings, LLC (“Cayuga RNG”) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to develop its second project to produce renewable natural gas (“RNG”) in upstate New York. This is in addition to the previously announced Spruce Haven Farm initiative. Cayuga RNG is a joint venture of UGI Energy Services, LLC (“UGIES”), a subsidiary of UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI), and Global Common Energy, LLC (“GCE”).
