Recently, UGI Corporation launched an imperative that focuses on areas of diversity and inclusion within our company and the communities we continue to serve. In alignment with the company’s core values, we have launched several initiatives to support the diverse segments of our workforce.
UGI’s BIDE Imperative - Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity - was officially launched this past year, with these four areas serving as the pillars on which the company will focus. UGI Energy Services continues to invest in energy sources that provide customers with energy solutions that are innovative, efficient and beneficial to the environment. Such sources include renewable natural gas (RNG). The UGI Energy Services communications team recently discussed RNG with Director of Business Development Dave Lindenmuth to help customers better understand the fuel, its benefits and its outlook for production and consumption growth.
Q: What is renewable natural gas, and how is it produced, stored and transported?
Dave: Renewable natural gas (RNG) is biogas produced from the breakdown of organic materials including trash, food waste, animal manure, and wastewater sludge.

VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 12, 2021-- UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) announced today that John L. Walsh, age 65, intends to retire as President and Chief Executive Officer on June 25, 2021. Mr. Walsh will continue to serve as a member of UGI’s Board of Directors. Roger Perreault, age 57, will become President and Chief Executive Officer of UGI and will join the UGI Board as a Director upon Mr. Walsh’s retirement. Mr. Perreault currently serves as UGI’s Executive Vice President, Global LPG, and President of UGI’s subsidiary, UGI International, LLC.

WESTMINSTER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pine Run Gathering LLC (“Pine Run Gathering”) announced today that it has completed a transaction to acquire Pine Run Midstream, LLC (“Pine Run Midstream”) from an affiliate of PennEnergy Resources, LLC (“PennEnergy”) and minority partners for $205 million. Pine Run Gathering is a joint venture owned by a subsidiary of Stonehenge Energy Resources III, LLC (“Stonehenge III”), a portfolio company of Energy Spectrum Partners VIII LP, and by a subsidiary of UGI Energy Services, LLC (“UGIES”), which is a subsidiary of UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI).
