WYOMISSING, Pa, February 10 - Pennant Midstream, LLC (“Pennant”), announced that the company has signed a series of agreements throughout 2021 with a subsidiary of Energy Developments Pty Ltd (“EDL”) headquartered in Brisbane, Australia to accept delivery of renewable natural gas (“RNG") into its natural gas gathering system. Pennant is a partnership between UGI Energy Services, LLC (“UGIES”), which is a subsidiary of UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI), Harvest Midstream I, L.P, and a subsidiary of Williams Companies.

Have you heard? There is a new energy supplier in town. We are pleased to announce that we are now serving the state of New Hampshire!

And just like that, 2021 has come to a close! What a whirlwind of a year it has been, and yet we have managed to make it one to remember. Before we jump into the plans we have for the New Year, we would like to reflect on the impact we have made throughout our communities over the past year.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! As the hustle and bustle of the holiday season draws near, it is a perfect time to reflect on all we have to be grateful. This is the time of year to count our blessings, and give back to those that may not have the same advantages that we do. Supporting our local communities through the United Way is one of the ways UGI Energy Services employees give back. From providing monetary donations to volunteering, hundreds of thousands of people in Berks County are served through 80 programs at 33 partner agencies supported by the United Way. Each year, UGI Energy Services campaigns to raise money to support the United Way. The campaign includes a loaned campaign specialist (LCS) from our business, giving out incentives to encourage donations, creating videos on why we should donate, and more. March 17^th marks the anniversary of the creation of UGI Energy Services in 1995. If you are counting the years in your head, that totals 26 years in the Energy Marketing & Midstream business!

Are you ready for some football?

It’s that time of the year again! The Sunday dedicated to chicken wings, pizza, cold drinks & yelling at a TV screen. That’s right – Super Bowl Sunday is quickly arriving. On February 7^th we will be graced by the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers dominating our living rooms – fighting for the prize that is held most glory – the Super Bowl ring! Can you tell we are excited? But what does all of this have to do with energy?

The holidays have certainly proved to be a bit different this year. In an effort to spread a little cheer to those who may need it most, the UGI Energy Services team participated in many helpful programs! By giving back to our community, we hoped to brighten as many spirits as we could. We have a long tradition of charitable work, and this year was no exception.
