In our latest video, UGI Energy Services President Joe Hartz provides a comprehensive overview of the company's evolution from its 1985 origins as a retail natural gas marketer to its current position as a diversified midstream energy infrastructure company.

 

 

The video covers the company's strategic expansion following the Marcellus Shale discovery, detailing its portfolio of businesses including natural gas gathering and transmission systems, FERC-regulated underground storage, liquefied natural gas (LNG) peaking facilities, commodity marketing serving 38 gas utilities across the Mid-Atlantic and New England, and renewable natural gas production. We highlight the Company's technical capabilities in LNG operations, its fee-based contract structure providing predictable revenue, and recent infrastructure investments including the expanded Manning facility and new Carlisle vaporization plant, positioning UGI Energy Services to capitalize on growing energy demand from power generation and data center development.
